The people you’ll work with.
Six people run Presilium Private Wealth. Three are CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals. All of them know your name. And the advisor who takes your first call is the advisor who builds your plan, runs your annual stress test, and picks up the phone when something changes.
A team built for continuity.
At most firms, the senior person sells the relationship and a junior person services it. We do not work that way. The advisor who earns your trust is the advisor who keeps it — through plan reviews, life events, and a decade of standing monthly calls.
That is the design choice that shapes everything else about our team. We hire for credentials over flash, for service mindset over sales mindset, and for the kind of operational discipline that means clients never feel handed off — because they never are.
The founders remain accessible by design. Operations is led by senior professionals who run the firm with the same rigor we apply to your plan. And the planner who works on the math day-to-day is the same planner whose name is on the engagement letter. Continuity is not a marketing word here. It is the operating model.
The advisor who pitches you serves you
No bait-and-switch onboarding. The person who takes your first call is the person you’ll call every month after.
Founders remain on the line
The firm is small by design. Jerry and Brook still take new client meetings, write engagement letters, and answer the phone.
Credentials, not titles
Three CFP® professionals, one CEPA®, and operations leaders with decades of practice experience between them.
One team, one practice
No siloed divisions, no internal handoffs between planning and investments and operations. The team is the product.
Two careers. One firm.
Jerry Davidse and Brook Hart founded Presilium in 2022 after six years working together at a global wealth manager. They still build plans, take calls, and lead the practice.
Jerry Davidse
“Best to ask me about retirement transitions, the math of confidence, and what comes after a paycheck stops.”
Jerry leads the firm as Chief Executive Officer and serves as a lead advisor for retiring executives and multi-generational families. Before co-founding Presilium, he spent two decades in private wealth management — including six years working directly alongside Brook at a global financial institution. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Philadelphia native, and the advisor most likely to ask the second and third questions other advisors don’t think to ask.
Brook Hart
“Best to ask me about business owners preparing to exit, concentrated equity, and the moment your company becomes a windfall.”
Brook serves as President and Chief Compliance Officer, and leads the firm’s work with corporate executives, business owners, and concentrated-equity holders. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) — a credential earned by fewer than one in fifty wealth advisors. His practice spans 10b5-1 plans, ESOP structuring, and the planning that turns a closely-held company into a balance sheet that supports the next chapter.
Cullen Martin
“Best to ask me about building the plan that handles real life — the cash flow, the kids, the trade-offs, the actual mechanics.”
Cullen serves as a financial planner and lead advisor to a number of Presilium clients. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, he brings a planner’s eye to the detail work — cash-flow modeling, tax projections, education funding, and the dozens of small decisions that, taken together, are the difference between a plan that sounds right and one that holds up.
Cullen contributes to the firm’s Financial Planning Fridays series and represents the next generation of CFP® talent inside the firm — proof that the practice is built to scale on people, not on technology shortcuts.
The team behind the team.
Discipline inside the firm becomes service outside of it. Our operations leaders make sure the commitments are kept, the paperwork is right, and a client never has to chase us for an answer.
Jackie Ellison
Jackie leads firm operations — the back-office systems, vendor relationships, and process discipline that turn a small team into a high-touch practice. If a client experience feels seamless, Jackie’s work is the reason.

Kelley owns the client journey end-to-end — onboarding workflows, communication cadence, and the dozens of small touches that make working with Presilium feel like one continuous conversation rather than a series of transactions.

Chrystal anchors day-to-day operations, ensuring quarterly reviews are prepared, custodial workflows close cleanly, and reporting arrives in clients’ inboxes on time, every time. The commitments are kept because Chrystal makes sure they are.

Once the assets get serious, the team behind them should be.
At lower asset levels, the difference between a well-run practice and a mediocre one is mostly a matter of returns and fees. Above $2M, the difference compounds into something larger: tax outcomes, estate structuring, equity timing, and the cost of getting one big decision wrong. Three things become non-negotiable.
Continuity, not handoffs
A complex plan that gets passed from a senior partner to a junior associate after onboarding loses the context that made the plan good in the first place. At Presilium, the advisor who builds the plan is the advisor who runs it — for the life of the relationship. The math behind that promise is simple: a small team, capped intentionally.
Credentials that mean something
Three CFP® professionals and one CEPA® designation across a six-person team is unusually high density. The CFP® standard requires education, an exam, experience, and ongoing ethics — the credential is non-trivial. Above $2M, where the planning questions get harder and the cost of mistakes gets larger, the credential is also non-optional.
Founder access — always
Jerry and Brook are owners. They are also still on the phone. When a question gets hard — an estate restructure, an equity event, a market dislocation that turns confidence into anxiety — the people who built the firm are the people you reach. That is the structural advantage of a founder-led firm. We have made it a written commitment.
